Novicius Concepts: The Seven Deadly Virtues, Integrated Fighting Framework
Right now, the things that I see or think I see myself having problems with in regards to the virtues are Virtuous Turns, Virtuous Steps, and Virtuous Lock. First and foremost, Turns and Steps are because I can be pretty uncoordinated. Lock gives me fits on the Zero Stem because I want to automatically extend.
0603 2012 -- We need to work these in the first lessons and drills, lots of repeats. --Steve
6/25/08 When you are just standing around in lines or walking somewhere, try doing Virtious Turns, Steps, and Lock for Zero-stems. The more you can practice just the movements, the more you will get them into muscle memory. It's a foreign and unnatural thing to do and you have to teach yourself not to swing, but to "lever" -- Max

Class Two: Zero Stem, Rotation Blocks Zero Stem turned out to be tough for me. I understand the concept, but I have trouble keeping locked. I just want to automatically extend. I think It's just going to take me a little more practice and I will have it.
0603 2012 -- Yup. repeats. Remember the whole idea is to develop blows without using the arms. -- Steve
